What if the air conditioning/ heat is on?
If a room is too cold or too hot the volunteers will be uncomfortable, therefore the room must be a comfortable temperature prior to the time of the show. Arrangements should be made prior to the show to adjust the temperature.
Where should the audience be?
Audience seating, the audience should be close enough to feel comfortable but not too close as to talk to or distract the volunteers on stage.
